SOLUTION: A plurality of wiring patterns 30 are formed on an insulating layer 26 of a luminous part 27, or on an insulating film 21 other than the luminous part 27 of an EL element 32 having the luminous part 27 and connection patterns 28, 29 each formed on the insulating film 21, while fixed contacts 31A, 31B, a resistor 31C, a fixed resistance 31D, a temperature sensor 31E, and the like, connected to the wiring patterns 30 are integrally formed with a resin or rubber having conductive powder dispersed therein, and the use of this EL element 32 enables formation of an illuminating unit, which is small in the number of constituent pert items, capable of being made thin, easily assembled, and low in cost.
