Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTC resistance assembly with further improved vibration-proof and impact resistance for effectively dissipating heat generated by the its own heating characteristics of a positive temperature coefficient(PTC) element to the outside. SOLUTION: This assembly 100 includes a PTC element board 13, having two main faces, and a pair of radiating fixed boards 12 whose one face is provided with a radiating fin 17, and whose other face is electrically connected with one of the main faces of the PTC element board 13 with a conductive adhesive 14, and these heat dissipating fixed boards 12 are provided with male terminals 15 at the lower parts. Also, this assembly 100 includes a base 11 which is provided with female terminals 18, into which the male terminals 15 are press fit.
