The opened lower part of the groove portion 7-2 is closed by tightening a plate 7-5 together securely. The FRP plate spring 1 is held through the boots 2 between the right and left lower arms 7, 7. The load from the wheels supported by the lower arms 7, 7 is transmitted to the FRP plate spring via the plate 7-5 and the boots 2.
