SOLUTION: Mixture of the oxide produced with iron-making and steelmaking of the electric furnace dust and the rolling scale, etc., and aluminum grinding power developed from the aluminum die casting as the waste, is charged into the melting furnace, and the oxidizing and reducing reaction is generated between the oxide in the mixture and the metallic aluminum contained in the aluminum grinding powder with the heat held in the molten steel to recover the valuable metals contained in the oxides. Further, waste oil consisting essentially of heavy oil becoming unnecessary in the steelmaking plant, is added as binder, and the oxide and the aluminum grinder powder in the mixture are mutually stuck to prevent the development of the dust.
