MEDICAL LIPOSOME, AND MINUTE AEROSOL PARTICLE OF MEDICAMENT-CONTAINING LIPOSOME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liposome useful for medical use and minute aerosol particle composed of combination of liposome and medicinal substances, and to provide a method for preparing the same particle. SOLUTION: This minute aqueous aerosol particle is prepared by atomizing liposome particles in an aqueous medium and at least one of lipophilic medicinal substances bound by liposome membrane having uneven diameters together with air or oxygen-rich one by an atomizer. The resultant aqueous aerosol particle contains (A) at least one of liposome particles having a uniform and 1 μm or less diameter and each having plural aqueous compartments and (B) at least one of lipophilic medicinal substances, and has, for the most part, a diameter of 1-5 μm and its aerodynamic diameter around center of mass of 1-3 μm.
