FOLDING DEVICE FOR CONCRETE-BASE PANEL WITH TILES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding device for a concrete-base panel with tilts, whereby the concrete-base panel in which flexible reinforcing bars are embedded can be folded in the panel manufacturing process into any desired curvature simply, certainly, and effectively. SOLUTION: A folding device 10 folds a concrete-base panel with tiles in which flexible reinforcing bars are embedded, at the specified joint part 14 so that a folded panel in a polygonal shape is yielded. Over a roller conveyor 20, a plurality of push rods 31 capable of moving up and down are installed at a specified space in parallel with the rollers 21 of the roller conveyor and in accordance with a position between rollers, and a receptacle 35 for push rod 31 is furnished in a position right under the push rod 31 and lower than the upper edge 21a of the roller 21.
