In addition, a stiffener 17 is provided below the shoulder corridor 11. A heating means 24 is provided on protrusions 23 formed to protrude from the outer peripheral wall 4 such as the spiral stairs 7, the top angle 10, the shoulder corridor 11 and the stiffener 11. The heating means 24 is constituted by attaching a heating medium circulation pipe 25 on the protrusions 23, thereby preventing icicles from occurring on these portions. |
