PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower down a boom position, lower down the center of gravity of a vehicle, in this way, decrease a car width, without causing a bad influence such as decreasing a lift and increasing a boom overhang amount. SOLUTION: In a base end part upper surface of a basic boom 11A, a boss 14A is provided in a condition that a boss total unit is protruded to outside the basic boom 11A, also this boss is pivotally mounted in a turn frame 7 by a boom foot pin 13A, and a base end part of a movable boom 12A in the lowermost step adjacent to the basic boom 11A is positioned in the rearward from a boom pivotally mounting point in a condition without protruding rearward from the turn frame 7.
