description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the dislocation of an insole at using time, and excellently exhibit a function such as the antibacterial action by forming the insole used by being laid on the inside bottom of a shoe by arranging a flexible/gas permeable sheet-like base material and an abrasive grain layer arranged on the side contacting with the inside bottom of the shoe on one surface of the base material. SOLUTION: This insole 10 is composed of a base material 20 and an abrasive grain layer 30, and the base material 20 is composed of a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric layer 22, a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 24 and a mixedly existing layer 23 arranged in a boundary part of both. The hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 24 is formed of a sheet-like material formed by applying water jet processing by manufacturing a web composed of hydrophilic fiber. The hydrophobic nonwoven fabric layer 22 is formed by performing water jet processing by superposing a web of hydrophobic thermally melting fiber on this hydrophilic nonwoven fabric layer 24. The abrasive grain layer 30 is formed by drying/hardening a coating liquid by applying the coating liquid to the surface of the base material 20 using a coater by preparing the coating liquid containing a powdery abrasive grain, a synthetic resin adhesive and a deodorant resin. |
