Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an apparatus for repelling a mole or wild birds by constructing the apparatus so that a vibration power generated by hitting a cylindrical body with the head of an elastic hitting bar according to the rotation of rotors is added to a vibration power generated by the rotation of the rotors with wind power and a vibration power generated by the swing of a wind- direction rotation-axis according to the change of wind direction. SOLUTION: This apparatus for repelling a mole or wild birds comprises rotors 2 placed in a freely rotatable state at one end of a wind-direction rotation-axis 1, a wind direction board 5 fixed at the other end of the wind- direction rotation-axis 1, and a post 6 placed downward at the midsection of the wind-direction rotation-axis 1 in a state where the wind-direction rotation- axis 1 can rotate. In the apparatus, an elastic hitting bar 9 is attached on each of the rotors 2 in a protruding state, a hitting device 12 is fixed at the end of the elastic hitting bar 9, and a cylindrical body 13 is placed on the post 6 at a position facing the hitting device 12.
