In the insulating cylinder 2A, a connection conductor 12A in which the current carrying shaft 3a on the movable side of the vacuum valve 3A is passed through a contact ring is provided at its middle, and the connection conductor 13A connected to the rear end of the current carrying shaft on the fixed side is fixed to the rear side thereof. A disconnector 9A is fixed to the upper end face of the connection conductor 12A via a blade support 10A and a disconnector 9B is fixed to the lower end face of the connection conductor 13A via a blade support 10B. The disconnector 9A is driven with an insulating rod 8A and a lever 7A, a supporting shaft 6A and an insulating operation rod 11B and the disconnector 9B is driven with an insualting rod 8B and a lever 7B, a supporting shaft 6B and an insulating operation rod 11C. On the back of the mounting plate 1a, a ground terminal board 4A is provided to be grounded with the grounding operation of the disconnectors 9A, 9B.
