Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural steel guide system in which positioning of a structural steel can be carried out surely in a short time by small number of persons. SOLUTION: Three-diemensional design coordinate D to be occupied by a required part 1A to a structural steel 1 is stored in a computer 3 connected with a display 6. Position of a reflector 2 fixed to the required part 1A of the structural steel 1 is being moved by a moving apparatus 8 is measured automatically and continuously in the form of azimuth angle and linear distance by a tracking range finder/goniometer 4 tracking the position with light from a predetermined position. Output from the range finder/goniometer 4 is converted into the 3D survey coordinates C of the required part 1A by a coordinate calculating means 21 and the difference (R=D-C) from a design coordinate is determined by a difference detecting means 22. Horizontal and vertical components of the difference R are then displayed on line real time by the two component display means 6A, 6B of a display 6. An operator guides the structural steel 1 such that the horizontal and vertical components will become zero while viewing the display. |
