Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the stable operation of a casting floor runner for a blast furnace in a long service life by setting a precast block composed of specific rations of MgO and Al2 O3 at least to the hitting part of molten iron. SOLUTION: At least to the hitting part of molten iron, the precast block composed of 1-40 wt.% MgO and 55-98 wt.% Al2 O3 is set. For example, the boat type precast block 1 is manufactured and set by using the material with a blending ratio of 1 wt.% MgO and 98 wt.% Al2 O3 . In this way, the stable operation can be executed with the long service lift of the blast furnace casting floor runner for desiliconizing treatment without developing the defective working with casting on site. Further, aluminum-base castable refractory can be poured into the gap between an iron shell 3 and the precast block 1, or after applying spraying material or a ramming material 2 to the iron shell 3, the precast block 1 can be inserted. |
