SOLUTION: A small amount of glass roving 7 being bundled is folded back in a plurality of times outside a molding tool 1 beforehand and engaged with hooks 4 and it is dispersed and spread uniformly, held in a multilayered shape and put in a molding part 8 from an opening part 1a of the molding tool 1. A nozzle 3 being put into the molding part 8 from one injection hole 5, a solution 10 of foaming-setting resin is injected, with the nozzle drawn out from the deep side to the vicinity of the injection hole 5 between layers of the glass roving 7 and thereby the bundle of the glass roving 7 is impregnated with the solution 10 of the foaming-setting resin. After this process is repeated by the number of the injection holes 5, the molding part 8 is closed by a push lid 2 and the solution 10 of the foaming-setting resin is made to foam and set. A molded article is removed from the tool thereafter, the opposite ends thereof are cut off and the article is made a finished article of a fiber-reinforced foaming resin molded body. |
