T-DIE HEATING APPARATUS IN EXTRUDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the T-die heating apparatus in an extruder improved in flatness without exerting effect on the flow of an elastomer exerting effect on the thickness uniformity of a sheet like material in an extruder equipped with a T-die. SOLUTION: Correction heating means 17 comprising plate-shaped heaters (lip heaters) 17a with a predetermined length adjusting the extrusion temps. of both end parts of a sheet material W immediately after extruded to the back part of a lower extrusion port 15 are attached in the vicinity of both end parts in the longitudinal direction of a T-die 4. These correction heating means 17 heating both end parts of the sheet material W immediately after extruded at a heating temp. of about 200 deg.C to adjust the extrusion temps. of them in consideration of that both ends of the sheet material immediately after extruded from the T-die 4 lower in temp. by 20-40 deg.C through the temp. of the elastomer of a supply port 11 is 200-210 deg.C and the plate-shaped heaters 17a (lip heaters) are embedded in the T-die 4 over predetermined length from both end parts of the die.
