Pipes to dwelling units 11 are arranged by branch pipes 27 connected to small diameter tubes in the equipment unit 3. On such occasion, the equipment unit 3 is made removable, thereby eliminating the need for laying out dwelling units in accordance with the vertical penetrating pipes 2 and increasing the degree of freedom in plane planning.
