SOLUTION: In the apparatus for manufacturing a film comprising a turn pulley 16 supported by a left side bearing member and a right side bearing member provided movably in a longitudinal direction by a both bearing member moving means and an endless belt 18 to be returned to a normal feeding passage by moving the left or right side bearing member by the moving means in the case of disengaging the belt 18 from the normal passage to be fed in the apparatus for manufacturing the film by supplying a raw material solution onto the feeding belt 18, casting it in a filmy state, and then solidifying it; a first detecting means 52 is provided near the pulley 16 to measure a direction of a positional deviation of the belt 18 and its absolute value and to generate a first correction command signal to meet the value. When the signal is input, the means 52 calculates a correction amount for returning the belt 18 to the normal passage from the signal, and outputs the signal to the moving means.
