Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold/hot water supply device for enhancing energy-saving effect by utilizing the exhaust heat of a cogeneration system or the like with a simple system preferentially. SOLUTION: In a cold/hot water supply device that is constituted of a plurality of cold/hot water machines 1, 2, and 3, at least one of them is constituted of a cold/hot water machine for creating a cold/hot water by utilizing exhaust heat and the other is constituted of a cold/hot water machine for creating cold/ hot water with a fuel such as gas or oil as a drive heat source, the cold/hot water machine utilizing the exhaust heat is subjected to capacity control where a cold water or hot water exit temperature is made constant and the other cold/hot water machine is subjected to capacity control where a cold water or hot water entrance temperature is made constant.
