In the unit, an evaporation pressure-adjusting device 7 is provided between a position of the gas piping of the indoor unit side and a position where the gas piping branches so that one of the gas piping is connected to the heat-storage heat exchanger 4 and the other are connected to the outdoor and indoor units, respectively.
