description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of a thread type abnormality, by measuring the situation that compressed air supplied from a flow inlet leaks out from a jet port of a screw part through a linkage channel, in the state that the screw part is engaged with a tapered bolt to be inspected. SOLUTION: A tapered bolt gauge 1 is connected with an air pump 2 through an air pipe 5. A throttle 3 is installed between the bolt gauge 1 and the air pump 2. In an inspection system, in order to measure the backpressure of the bolt gauge 1, a pressure gauge 4 is connected with an air pipe 5 branched from a part between the the bolt gauge 1 and the throttle 3. The compressed air sent to the bolt gauge 1 flows to a jet port through a flow channel. In the case of a perfect taper bolt, the compressed air does not leak from a part between screws, and tightness is obtained. In the case of an imperfect taper bolt, the compressed air flowing to the jet port largely leaks out from an air vent trench through a gap of screws. As a result, the pressure in the air pipe 5 decreases and can be measured with the pressure gauge 4.
