APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING PROPANE AIR 13A

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple apparatus which can automatically produce propane air 13A at any desired pressure. e.g. at about 1-10 kg/cm , by installing a governor and an orifice in each of supply lines of propane and air and by setting the pressure of the governor higher than that of a mixer. SOLUTION: This apparatus produces propane air 13A by supplying propane gas and dry air to a static mixer 5. A valve V1, a pressure governor GV2 with the secondary-side pressure set at a desired pressure, and an orifice Of1 with an adjustable flow rate are connected between a vaporizer 2 connected to a propane storage tank 1 and the static mixer 5. A valve V2, a governor GV2 with the secondary-side pressure set at the same as the governor GV1, and an orifice Of2 with an adjustable flow rate are connected in this order between an air compressor 3 and the static mixer 5. The secondary-side pressures of GV1 and GV2 are set at higher than the back pressure of the static mixer 5, and the ratio of flow rate of Of1 to Of2 is set to a specified mixing ratio.
