MOUNTING DEVICE OF BARREL FOR PLATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device of barrels for plating which allows the use of an existing plating line as the line equivalent to at least >=2 plating lines, allows the considerable saving of working time and the water to be used and facilitates the execution of work, such as mounting, removing and exchanging of the barrels. SOLUTION: The top end parts of a pair of frame plates facing each other are connected and integrated in parallel to plural pairs by connecting members 2. Plural tapered grooves 7 for setting the plating barrels inclining backward are in parallel formed at the front end edges of these frame plates. The device has a driving gear 10 in the upper part on the inside surface of at least one frame plate, a first transmission gear 11 which meshes with the driven gear and meshes with a receiving gear part 6d formed at least one edge of the barrel 6 for plating and a second transmission gear 12 which is formed to the same shape as the shape of the first transmission gear, is disposed in the position right below the first transmission gear and synchronously rotates the plural plating barrels set in juxtaposition in a longitudinal direction by meshing with the receiving gear part and the receiving gear part of the barrel for the other plating. The device has engaging parts for suspending carriers in the upper part of the connecting members.
