description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the rigidity and sufficient strength without increasing the section and wall thickness of a frame by integratedly casting at least a main frame part of a vehicle body frame, and abutting on and fixing to a reinforcement member of large tensile strength to the main frame part of the vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: When a large impact is given from a forward side, an external force is instantaneously applied to a main frame part 22. Because a gusset 26 made of an iron plate of large tensile strength is added to the main frame part 22 as a reinforcement member to further improve the strength, it can sufficiently withstand the impact. At the same time, because an extension part 26b of the gusset 26 is abutted on a lower end face of a head pipe 21, and press-fitted by a bearing 36 and fixed thereto, the fitting capability is excellent and the strength around the head pipe 21 can be improved. Thus, the main frame part 22 is of U-shape in section, and neither the section is specially increased, nor wall thickness is increased.
