A left/right louver driving part 60 is controlled such that provided the human body is existent at the right side at the center, and at the left side in response to the horizontal and distance sensed results, the left/right louver is swung into an entire horizontal region, provided it is existent only on the right side and at the center, the louver is swung from the center to the right side, and provided it is existent only on the right and left sides, it is swung to the entire horizontal region. Further, when the human body is judged the human body is existent close to the louver, and upper/lower louver driving part 50 is controlled such that the upper and lower louver is directed downward.
