Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature lowering in the periphery of a board in a wiring pattern of an electric heater, which is arranged meanderlingly with unequal space in a heating plate, by forming a space between turn parts smaller than a space between straight parts. SOLUTION: A surface of a board 1 of a heating plate made of aluminium or the like is formed with recessed parts 2 of a parallel snaking wiring pattern. The recessed part 2 of turn parts of a heater at least one part or more among each turn part are formed close to each other. A sheath heater 4, which has previously been bent for wiring pattern, is inserted into the recessed part 2, and an end of the sheath heater 4 stands from the heating plate so as to form a connection part to an external wiring. Specifically, a wiring pattern for an electric heater is formed with a space at about 70mm in straight parts and formed with a space at about 10mm in turn parts so as to arrange a heater, and wiring is performed with angle so as to widen the space at about 15 degree at a position this side of the turn pat at about 30mm, and the wiring is performed so as to coincide with the conventional pattern in the periphery thereof. |
