SOLUTION: In an ice making device in which a refrigerant circulating circuit and a water circulating circuit B are provided, water taken from a heat storage tank T by driving a pump P is supercooled by a supercooling heat exchanger 42 and the supercooled state of water is cancelled in the periphery of an ice core formed by an ice core forming device 46 to make ice, the ice core forming device 46 and a cancel container 43 for cancelling the supercooled state are integrally formed. The water in the cancel container 43 is cooled by the ice core forming device 46 to form seed ice. The seed ice comes into contact with the supercooled water to form the ice core. The supercooled state of the water is cancelled in the periphery of the ice core to form slurry ice.
