The layer 13 is particularly preferably silicon oxide from viewpoints of easiness of a reduction in film thickness, transparency, cost and safety, and its thickness is formed to 500 to 2000 by vacuum evaporation, sputtering or plasma CVD. A print layer 16 is provided on the layer 13 as needed. The layer 14 uses LLDPE, and the adhesive 15 is preferably, for example, polyurethane two- component reaction type adhesive.
