PAPER CONTAINER AND FORMING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shape holding ability after forming by providing a blocking means for blocking loosened rolling of a rim rolled part on an outer periphery of a flange part connected to a side wall part while being extended horizontally in a paper container with a rim roll formed on an outer circumference part. SOLUTION: A flange part 126 being horizontally extended is successively arranged at each of upper ends of surrounding walls 119 and 121 of a paper container or at the upper end of a surrounding wall corner part 125 and when a rim roll 127 is formed on an outer rim of the flange part 126, the end part of the rim roll 127 is rolled into the rim roll 127 as rolled part 53. An adhesive 55 is injected into a space between a roll start part 51 and the rolled part 53 of the rim roll 127 to bond the roll start part 51 on the rolled part 53. This eliminates the relaxed rolling in the rim roll 127 regardless of hourly changes after the forming thereby holding the shape given during the forming. The adhesive 55 needs to be selected according to the use of a paper container. For example, it employs a thermoplastic resin such as polyolefin based, vinyl based, acrylic based or butadiene based one or a combination thereof.
