And a retaining means like a retaining rod 112 is provided so as to extend astride over the opened side face 110, at the side wall 102 to prevent reticle from sliding down from the opened side face 110 and easily contain the reticle into the container 100. The partitions 116 separating the reticle are fixed between the side walls at a certain angle 118 shifted from the perpendicular direction, in the container 100. In this way, the reticle leans on the partitions 116 and the movement and play on loading or transporting is minimized. |
