SOLUTION: An internal optical part 1 of an inter-satellite optical communication device is turned to a precise tracking state, a two shaft drive mechanism 22 is driven in a direction that is completely the same as the single shaft direction of a precise acquisition tracking mechanism (FPM) 4 of the part 1, the alignment error between the driving shaft of a precise acquisition tracking sensor (FP sensor) 3 and the drive shaft of the mechanism (FPM) 4 of the part 1 is measured from a drive signal component in the direction of a Y axis of the mechanism (FPM) 4 at that time.
