SOLUTION: In the composite plastic sheet obtained by laminating conductive resin composition containing 5 to 50 pts.wt. of carbon black to 100 pts.wt. of polystyrene resin on one side surface of both surfaces of polystyrene resin sheet base material, surface specific resistance value of the sheet is 10 to 10 Ω, and the polystyrene resin contains 20 to 90 pts.wt. of polystyrene resin and 80 to 10 pts.wt. of polycarbonate resin. And, the polystyrene resin may be general polystyrene resin, impact resistant polystyrene resin or mixture of them.
