The frequency converter 22 converts a frequency and a demodulator 23 executes digital demodulation. Error detection/error correction procesings by using an error correction code are executed on the demodulated digital signal by an ECC decoder 24, and the digital video signal and the digital sound signal in the state of an MPEG 2 system are obtained. A prescribed processing is executed on the digital video and the sound signal by a video code and an audio code and they are outputted to the video/sound input unit as the analog video/sound signal. |
