A suction port 12b is formed at the tip of the extension part 12a. An exhaust pipe 13 is introduced at a position oppositely faced to an introduction part of the suction pipe 12. The exhaust pipe 13 is provided with an extension part 13a bending soon in the vicinity of the introduction part into the trap container 10 and extending horizontally in a circular arc shape along the inside surface of the side wall of the container. The extension part 13a extends in the opposite direction to the extension part 12a of the suction pipe 12, in which an exhaust port 13b is formed at the tip of the extension part 13a. |
