description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new exhaust trap capable of surely preventing an exhaust system from being damaged even with a small capacity and also without incurring deterioration in a sucking power of a sucking part and abnormality of the control in a sucking holding system for sucking a work. SOLUTION: A suction pipe 12 is bent soon in the vicinity to an introduction part into a trap container 10 and descended in the container, again bent in the vicinity of the bottom surface of the container 10 and is provided with an extension part 12a extending horizontally in a circular arc shape along the inside surface of a side wall of the trap container 10 and the bottom. A suction port 12b is formed at the tip of the extension part 12a. An exhaust pipe 13 is introduced at a position oppositely faced to an introduction part of the suction pipe 12. The exhaust pipe 13 is provided with an extension part 13a bending soon in the vicinity of the introduction part into the trap container 10 and extending horizontally in a circular arc shape along the inside surface of the side wall of the container. The extension part 13a extends in the opposite direction to the extension part 12a of the suction pipe 12, in which an exhaust port 13b is formed at the tip of the extension part 13a.
