SOLUTION: In the slave station 2, a trigger signal S4 from the main station 1 is received by a direct diffusion receiver 22 and it is transmitted back to the main station 1 through a direct diffusion transmitter 24. A direct diffusion receiver 17 of the main station 1 receives a return trigger signal S4 and outputs it to a delay time calculator 18. Then, signal transmission delay time is obtained from the trigger signal S4 generated from a trigger signal generator 14 and the return signal S4, and a correction amount signal S5 for gaining time by delay time is sent to a time signal correction circuit 13. The reference time signal S2 of clock 12 output is gained by signal transmission delay time calculated from the delay time calculator 18. A correction time signal S3 is transmitted to the slave station 2 through a direct diffusion transmitter 15 and the clock 23 of the salve station 2 is corrected. Thus, the clock 12 of the main station 1 is synchronized with the clock 23 of the salve station 2.
