Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve moisture absorptivity, water absorptivity and stain removal properties without damaging various characteristics such as feeling and a fiber strength by chemically bonding a protein through a specific compound to a polymer fiber having a reactive OH group. SOLUTION: A protein is fixed on a fiber comprising a polymer having a reactive OH group (e.g. an ethylene-vinyl alcoholic copolymer fiber) through a compound of the formula [R1 to R4 are each independently an alkyl or an alkylene of a ring formed by bonding R1 to R2 , and R3 to R4 ; R5 is H or an alkyl; (m) is 2-10; R1 to R5 can have each substituting group]. The fixing of the protein, and dyeing can be simultaneously carried out.
