PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve extinguishing efficiency by resolving the fire sensing operating member of a closed foaming solution spraying head by heating so as to forcedly open the head. SOLUTION: A glass valve 10c consists of a glass pipe and alcohol filled in to the glass pipe so that the glass pipe may be burst by the expansion of alcohol due to heat to lose the supporting function of a valve body. Heat respondability differs depending on the size of the glass valve and at the time of forming the valve to be thin, a fast moving type is made. This glass valve 10c is broken by heat at the time of generating a fire and no longer supports the valve body, and then the valve body drops. A discharging port 10a is opened by this dropping and the foaming solution is discharged. Extinguishing is made speedy and effective like this.
