Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject insecticide, spraying the flat surface of a liquid chemical permeable sheet cut into a fixed form as a sheet substrate from right above with a normal-temperature volatile liquid insecticide atomized by ultrasonic vibration. SOLUTION: A normal-temperature volatile liquid chemical atomized by vibration based on ultrasonic wave is sprayed from right above on the flat surface of a liquid chemical permeable sheet cut into a fixed form as a sheet substrate (optionally equipped with a display layer having a low refractive index to light rays) (preferably an air curtain to restrict a spraying zone in the downward spraying direction is added or the spraying is carried out in a guide wall having a cross-sectional shape and its size set in the downward direction coincident to the plane shape and its size of the sheet substrate) to give an insecticidal material containing a liquid insecticide in which a fixed amount of the liquid insecticide is surely, uniformly and safely retained in the sheet substrate.
