Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up an output voltage at a high speed of microsecond order regardless of the value of a load impedance. SOLUTION: A DC power supply apparatus is composed of an AC/DC converter circuit 3 which converts an AC power inputted through thyristors 2 into a DC power, a phase control circuit 8 which detects the output of the AC/DC converter circuit 3 and controls the continuity angle of the thyristor 2, a switch 6 through which the output of the DC/AC converter circuit 3 is supplied to a load 7 and a dummy load circuit 4 which is provided between the switch 6 and the DC/AC converter circuit 3 and is closed when the switch 6 is turned off and opened when the switch 6 is turned on. The power is supplied to the dummy load circuit 4 which is similar to the load 7 before the DC/AC converter circuit 3 is connected to the load 7 to stabilize the output voltage by the feedback control and then the DC voltage is applied to the load 7 to reduce the fluctuation of the output voltage at the time of the connection of the load 7. |
