Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of moisture, such as rain drops, entering a case through the gap between a notch, formed in the portion of the upper end edge of a holding tube, corresponding to a coupler attachment area and a cou pler, by positioning the lower end edge of the notch at a level sufficiently higher than the upper face of a mounting flange. SOLUTION: In order to reduce moisture, such as rain drops from, entering a case 1, the vertical position of the lower end edge 35a of a second notch 28a, formed in the upper end edge of a holding tube 27 that forms a mounting bracket 26, is shifted sufficiently upward. Further, an engaging groove 38 is formed in part of a holder 30a that forms a coupler 19a. This keeps water drops contained in the outside air from entering the case 1, when a fan 25 is rotationally driven in the outside air take-in mode, and thus prevents corrosion in components and the occurrence of operation failure due to frozen moisture.
