Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level the supplying amount of secondary side refrigerant to the side of an indoor machine by a method wherein the supply of secondary side liquid refrigerant, condensed in an evaporator, is stopped for a predetermined period of time when the heating amount of a high-temperature regenerator is changed into the increasing direction. SOLUTION: When combustion mode is changed from the stop of combustion (OFF) into low fuel consumption combustion (LOW combustion) within a period of time t1 , a booster is stopped forcibly by only a predetermined period of time T0 (division t2 -t3 ) after a given period of time T1 (division t1 -t2 ) is elapsed. According to this method, the booster, entered into idling once, is filled sufficiently with liquid refrigerant from an evaporator during stopping for a predetermined period of time T0 whereby the secondary side liquid refrigerant is supplied stably to the side of indoor machine under a condition that the liquid refrigerant is reserved surely after restoring operation and the supplying amount of secondary side liquid refrigerant to the side of the indoor machine is leveled (division t3 -t5 ). When the combustion mode is changed from the low fuel consumption combustion (LOW combustion) into high fuel consumption combustion (HI combustion) within the period of time t4 , the same operation is effected.
