description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone system that can be used as a portable telephone set when a transmitting/receiving part is connected to an information input/output part and can perform communication of data via the transmitting/ receiving part which is separated from the information input/output part and loaded into a card slot of a personal computer by securing the physical separation between both parts. SOLUTION: A PC card part 20 has a function to transmit and receive the information to and from a telephone circuit via an antenna 21 which can turn 90 degrees and also to transfer the information to an equipment via an interface part 22 and a connector 23. The main body part 1 contains its component parts including a liquid crystal display part 2 through a battery 7 and has a function to transfer the information to the part 20 which is loadable and unloadable. In such a constitution of a portable telephone system, the function of a portable telephone set is secured when both parts 20 and 1 are unified together. Then the communication of data is possible when the part 20 is separated from the part 1 and loaded into a card slot 51 of a personal computer 50. |
