Therefore, if the joining failure is occurred at the joining parts 49c, the nitrogen gas leaks from the cutting surface 49c being exposed to the outside from the thin metal plates 4 by filling and pressurizing the nitrogen gas inside an evaporator immersing it in the liquid after blazing the whole parts of the evaporator.
