Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition for adhesion excellent in adhesive strength by controlling the formulating proportion of softening agent in the composition for adhering both ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated dienic vulcanized rubbers so as to be less than that in the vulcanized rubbers. SOLUTION: This rubber composition for adhesion used when adhering both ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated dienic (EPDM) vulcanized rubbers by using an adhering rubber comprises (A) an unvulcanized EPDM rubber composed of ethylene and an α-olefin (e.g. propylene) in the weight ratio of ethylene/the α-olefin regulated so as to be (70/30) to (90/10), and a nonconjugated diene (e.g. 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene) of the amount regulated so that the EPDM rubber may have 2-50 iodide value, (B) a reinforcing agent, (C) a filler, (D) a softener (e.g. a paraffin oil), (E) a foaming agent, (F) a vulcanizing agent, etc. Further, the formulating proportions of the component D and optionally component F in the rubber composition for adhesion is controlled so as to be smaller than that in the EPDM vulcanized rubbers to be adhered. |
