BUILD UP METHOD, BUILD UP DEVICE AND BUILD UP JIG FOR REINFORCING CAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a build up method, build up device and build up jig for a reinforcing cage which can improve the efficiency of build up work of the reinforcing cage, reduce the cost and restrain the build up site to the min. limit. SOLUTION: Posts 1 projecting arms 12 at plural steps preliminarily putting horizontal reinforcement 21 in the reinforcing cage, are stood on the peripheral surface of a tubular body so as to be rotatable while centering the axial line, and arranged at two lines along both surfaces of the outer shape of constructing scheduled reinforcing cage. The horizontal reinforcement 21 group is preliminarily put to each arm in the condition of mutually facing each arm 12 of the faced parts interposing the reinforcing cage. Reinforcement to shearing and vertical reinforcement groups are connected with the horizontal reinforcement group, and after manufacturing the reinforcing cage, the posts 1 are rotated to swingly shift the arms 12 to the outside of the reinforcing cage and the engagement of the reinforcing cage with the arms is released, and the reinforcing cage is hung upward with a hanging device. Further, the build up jig for the reinforcing cage is composed of a crossing clamp for holding the crossing part between the horizontal reinforcement and the vertical reinforcement in the reinforcing cage and a space holding clamp for holding both of the vertical reinforcements.
