SOLUTION: With regard to the relation between the inner diameter of the metallic bellows 1 and the outer diameter of the metallic parts 3, the inner diameter of the metallic bellows 1 is set to be slightly smaller, and the metallic parts is forced into the metallic bellows under the state that the inner diameter of the metallic bellows 1 generates elastic elongation at the time of forcing. The metallic bellows 1 and the metallic parts 3 are fixed to a welding machine, the electrode using as a fixing chuck 6 is formed into the shape such as e.g. a conical chuck and made of a copper alloy so as not to cause any trouble in the case of feeding an electric current. Also, since the chuck 6 rotates automatically, the weld point is allowed to transfer. After chucking the metallic parts 3, four discoid electrodes 7a, 7c or the like are pressed on the weld zone from surrounding four directions under the prescribed pressure.
