Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sliding member from being worn and broken, by inserting a flanged round rod into a circular through hole of a plate material, and coating a flange, the through hole inner peripheral surface of a bearing on which the plate material is slid while being brought into contact with the round rod outer periphery and the contact surface to the flange with carbon fiber dispersed resin. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber dispersed resin layer 601 having the thickness in the range of 0.5 to 2mm is formed on the periphery of a circular through hole 103 of a feed lever. A recess 107 is formed on the feed lever front surface 110 under a projecting part 603 of the outer periphery of the resin layer, the lower surface of the projecting part 603 is filled in the recess, and the anchor effect is provided. Resin layers 601, 603, 606, 605 are continuously formed from the front surface 110 to the back surfaces 120 via inner peripheral surfaces 108, 109 and firmly attached to the feed lever. When the feed lever is inserted through the flanged round shaft and slid on it, noise, vibration, abrasion grains and separation are not generated because of smoothness, and the long-time operation can be performed.
