Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and surely start a shield machine from a shaft. SOLUTION: A starting entrance 11 formed in an earth retaining wall 10 of a shaft 1, and external cylinder 20 provided in the shaft 1 and provided with the starting entrance section, an internal cylinder 30 provided inside the external cylinder 20 in a rotatable manner and provided with the starting entrance section and a shield machine 2 are arranged toward the starting entrance section of the internal cylinder 30. The shield machine 2 is started from the shaft 1 in a state to fit the starting entrance sections of the internal cylinder 30 and external cylinder 20 to each other.
