The barrel 18 has the front portion and the rear portion thereof respectively provided with an air intake opening 21 and a nozzle 22 while a fan 26 which is driven by a hydraulic drive device 24 is disposed in the inside of the barrel 18. Water is supplied to the barrel 18 by means of a water hose which has one end connected to a water supply opening fixedly mounted at a fixing point and the other end connected to a connecting opening 36 mounted on a base strut 32. The connecting opening 36 is disposed below the carrier frame 14. Due to such a construction, an operator can carry out hose connecting and disconnecting operations without standing on the carrier frame 14 thus facilitating such operations. |
