SOLUTION: Roof material of tile-shape mounted with a solar cell module 1 is roofed on a roof 3 roofed with ordinary roof tiles, slates, steel plates, or the like, while constituting double layer construction at an air layer 4 in between, and continuous air passages are formed in the longitudinal direction. A vent port 6 is provided with an opening/closing shutter 61 so as to be able to control the quantity of airflow. Further a blower sending or exhausting air against the air layer 4 is provided, the solar cell module 1 is prevented from heating, and in addition to melting fallen snow on the roof by heated air, it is utilized for air conditioning inside the building. It is constituted so that efficiency of the solar cell module is improved and the module can be easily exchanged. Hereby, the solar cell module 1 can be easily fitted.
