A metallic U-shaped leg 2 is attached to a fixture 3 which is screwed to the bottom of the rear end of the plate 1 through adjusting knobs 4 in a vertically and freely slidable way. Mounted holes of the leg 2 are formed in slotted holes 2a so that the plate 1 can be fixed at an optional height. A plane fastener, etc., is attached to the bottom of a front end of the plate 1, mutually locked and fixed to a hook and loop fastener that is attached to a corresponding place of a top board of the monitor M, and makes the plate 1 stable at an installed position.
